Students complete a role-specific USAEL curriculum based on the internship pathway they want to pursue.
Students submit applications, we review and schedule interviews with qualified students.
Student interns attend an orientation session, then receive role-based training, tech setup, and a mentor assignment.
Interns begin their project-based assignments and receive monthly performance reviews.
